Every engagement begins with a Quarterly Creative Brief — a 60-minute alignment session where we define the objectives, outputs, and success markers for the next 90 days. That document is the scope. That's what we deliver.

Every Fractional engagement is led by a senior Creative Director — Matthew Cave or a hand-selected senior Creative Director with the right category experience. If the fit isn't right after the first three months, we replace them with someone who is.

Engagements begin with a 3-month commitment. Month-to-month after that.
